Posted Aug 15, 2014
Pittsburgh Steelers coach Mike Tomlin said Thursday that long-snapper Greg Warren has a meniscus tear in his knee and is expected to miss four weeks, meaning he might not be ready for the start of the regular season. Warren has not missed a regular-season game since Dec. 21, 2009, a span of 64 consecutive games. He was injured during Wednesday’s practice scrimmage against the Buffalo Bills.
