After the first evaluation weekend, North Carolina's 2018 basketball recruiting targets are becoming more clear. With little time to see prospects, the UNC staff prioritizes which players they watch and which players deserve attention or further evaluation. Here is a list of UNC's 2018 basketball recruiting targets based on who the Tar Heel staff observed last weekend.
