UNC OT Jon Heck on changing the culture

Jon Heck was a three-star recruit who hailed from Jacksonville, Florida. He committed to North Carolina in late June, 2011 and enrolled as a Tar Heel the following year. His class, which included wide receiver Quinshad Davis, kicker Nick Weiler and outside linebacker Shakeel Rashad, came to UNC in Fedora's first year coaching.
