The Story Behind Waiving Noel

In the middle of a difficult season, it seems odd that the Bucks would let go of a talented recent draft pick. But recently, they requested waivers on David Noel, their second round pick from the 2006 NBA draft out of North Carolina. Noel was not released because of a lack of production. He spent his rookie season with the Bucks, and many within the organization had commented on his value during the season.
